Podium™ draws polluted air through intake vents, passing it through a high-efficiency multi-layer filtration system before circulating clean air back into your room.

• Medical-Grade HEPA-13 Filter: Removes 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.3 microns, including pollen, mold spores, chemicals, fine dust (PM2.5), and bacteria.

We designed Birdie to help us remember to open those windows more often, which is the best (and easiest) way to improve the indoor air quality. Buying an air purifier shouldn’t require a degree in mathematics. Yet, navigating CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) and coverage claims in today’s air purifier market feels like trying to figure out the real range of an EV.

Just like EV range claims, air purifier specs are often inflated. Brands advertise huge coverage despite low CADR – we chosen the honest and transparent way.

Giving a real suggestion on which air purifier is right for your room, depends on many variables like: building type, room size, ceiling height, natural room ventilation. 

We used Harvard T.H. Chan Healthy Buildings calculator (PACS) to give a reasonable indication of the room coverage of Birdie Podium, which turned out to be 
62 m² (667 sq ft). 

Here’s the input that the above result is based on: With a 356.5 CADR/210 CFM(Birdie Podium) and a 2.3 m ceiling height (standard) in a typical residential setting, the air purifier delivers 3 air changes per hour for rooms up to 62 m² (667 sq ft) on full fan speed.

Podium runs on Wi-Fi so you can monitor and adjust it from anywhere. Control fan speed, sleep mode and access historic air data through the app. It’s built to last with OTA firmware updates ensuring your hardware stays future-proof.
Podium will be compatible with Home Assistant and we are working connectivity with Homey and an Apple Home bridge.

We designed Birdie to help us remember to open those windows more often, which is the best (and easiest) way to improve the air quality. But opening the windows also means letting particles, pollen and allergens into your home. And that’s the reason why we are launching an air purifier.

Birdie will tell you when the CO₂-level is too high and you need to let fresh air in. An air purifier can’t remove CO₂, but will focus on filtering out airborne dust, lingering smells, and fine particles to keep your indoor air clean and fresh.

A combination of a Birdie and a Podium™ is the perfect air force for a home of fresh air.

Filters typically last 6 months (depending on usage) and the Birdie app will notify you when it’s time to replace the filter. We even made a subscription service (optional) for filters, so you don’t have to worry about it.
