Approximately 500,000 years ago, flint knives were used to slice the hides of mammoths. Today, Archcore slices through Amazon tape, paracord knots, and avocado pits – proof that humanity’s obsession with “sharp” never goes blunt.

Now, Archcore’s Damascus steel inherits that 500,000-year-old DNA of sharpness. One campfire-lit sunset, one effortless slice at a time.

Design Sketch

Early designs were inspired by Paleolithic tools but considered “too fancy” by caveman consultants. We instead adopted the bilateral symmetry of 500,000-year-old stone-tipped spears from the Kathu Pan site in South Africa. This blend of ancient functionality and modern aesthetics will make everyone love the Archcore EDC Knife.

3D Modeling & Printing

We’ve achieved our goal! After numerous 3D iterations, prints, and tests, the final product is now ready for mass production – every tiny detail is exactly as we envisioned.
