There are a variety of sleep monitors on the market to help people care for newborns or the elderly when it comes to sleep safety, but few products enable both audio and video monitoring and vital signs monitoring without disturbing their sleep. As fathers and sons, our team members think this is a matter of great concern.

The long and erratic sleep of newborns and the bedside care of the disabled elderly, which requires us to be around at all times, can be enough to make an otherwise energetic mother and father, or the children of the elderly, physically and mentally exhausted, and need good AIDS to alleviate the problems.

As a technology start-up team, we developed and designed this Pxierra Ai Baby Monitor from the background of artificial intelligence, pediatric clinical, computer science, industrial design, etc. We hope that it can transmit the love empowered by science and technology to children and elderly all over the world. Pxierra Ai Baby Monitor

is an innovative AI monitor with Non-contact heart rate & breathe rate measurement,

which incorporates a camera with Star-sight HD image quality, two-way voice, room

temperature, and humidity monitoring, and a controllable night light lighting system.

The VitaRadar APP, it can continuously record the audio and video of the child in the 

crib and review the history of the child’s health. Of course, it can also receive timely 

safety warning messages to provide auxiliary support for parents.

Non-contact remote Breathe Rate measurement

The AI monitor integrates our advanced edge-computing visual perception system, which does not need wearables or ECG monitor to track the change of baby’s respiration rate index continuously in daytime or night.

Non-contact remote Heart Rate measurement

The AI monitor can also automatically measure the baby’s heart rate remotely without relying on additional sensors or microwave radar, which is harmless for newborn, which is a huge distinction between other video monitors and ours.

Safe sleeping posture detection and warning

The baby’s safe sleeping posture can be detected by the monitor in real-time. If the babyface is covered or faces down in an unsafe posture, the monitor will detect and send an early warning notification.

Local Monitoring and Offline Computing

All artificial intelligence operations are carried out in Monitor without the participation of cloud computing or smartphones, thus protecting users’ privacy data such as video and audio from being leaked to the third party.

Sleep care for the elderly

Pxierra Ai Baby Monitor provides active remind to guardian for vital signs of elderly who need all-time sleep care by valid ages calibration in APP.

Peer-to-peer communication ensures user privacy

Monitor uses peer-to-peer encrypted communication, enabling users to securely communicate with their babies over the Internet or LAN without worrying about privacy issues.

Luminance-controlled night light

The night light that simulates the color temperature of natural light can control its brightness and switching state through the client APP, providing necessary support for taking care of the baby at night.

Accurate temperature and humidity monitoring

The medical-grade temperature and humidity sensor is used to detect the temperature and humidity changes in the environment of the baby, and the local weather conditions and air quality is understood in the client APP so that parents can timely understand the suitability of the environment for the baby’s growth.

Simple and convenient floor mounting bracket

The floor-stand mounting comes with the monitor enables be mounted on any ground your baby living, without the destructive mounting holes in an indoor wall.

The Adjustable Best Viewing Angle

By manually adjusting the orientation of the monitor’s planet shape within 180 degrees of both axes, it is easy to find the best viewing Angle for the best bird’s eye view.

Mutli-user mutli-device communication

The same Pxierra Ai Baby Monitor supports access by multiple users with different permissions. A single user can communicate with multiple devices at the same time. This configuration can meet the needs of multi-member families.

For children’s sleep period accurate to the hourly average vital sign indicators statistics, up to 30 days of statistical results can clearly make a deep survey for the child’s growth.

Healthcare is no exception and Al technologies have great potential to revolutionize the industry. Non-contact camera-based physiological sensing, including remote photoplethysmography (RPG), is a set of imaging methods that leverages ordinary RGB cameras(e.g., webcam or smartphone camera) to capture subtle changes in electromagnetic radiation (e.g. light) reflected by the body caused by physiological processes. Because of the relative ubiquity of cameras, these methods not only have the ability to measure the signals without contact with the body but also have the opportunity to capture multimodal information (e.g., facial expressions, activities, and another context) from the same sensor.

  • In several clinical experiments, we have established a complete NcVPC intelligent system based on image perception computing, which can run in the monitor chips independent completely without user private leakage。lt don’t need to collect any images or sounds from the device outside of the device, which is what we developed the Edge Computing and what we wanted as parents. Based on our NcVPCsystem, we can monitor the safe sleeping posture of the infant and send an alert message to the client in case of abnormal.
