A stainless steel tub withstands heat and hard water better than a plastic tub. Over time, plastic tubs can warp, leak and chip when exposed to high temperatures. Hard water can exacerbate these effects.

Stainless steel tubs facilitate faster drying of dishes through conduction. The material absorbs heat and converts it to condensation. After washing you’ll see all water droplets on the stainless steel and none on your dishes.

UHT milk; 10ml; 1.5-2% fat; cook for 4 min at 780W and 10 min at 150W.
Black tea; orange pekoe; 6g in 1 litre of water.
Minced meat and eggs; 1:1 ratio pork and beef; 50g of eggs to every 150g meat.

Egg yolks; 50-65g each egg; at least 7 days old but not past expiry date.

Dry all soiled tableware following oven dry method with a thermal cabinet preheated to 80ºC and air dry method in an air conditioned room at 23ºC and 65% relative humidity.
