ALOH Plasma utilizes advanced Tesla coil technology and xenon gas to create a mesmerizing floating plasma ring. The core of the design is based on a solid-state Tesla coil (SSTC) using semiconductors like transistors and MOSFETs to generate high-frequency oscillations. 

Specifically, it employs a high-frequency SSTC with a Class-E circuit to efficiently amplify voltage. Unlike traditional Tesla coils, this compact circuit design allows for a more streamlined setup, producing a stable and visually captivating plasma ring.

The mechanism begins with a primary coil beneath the glass globe, generating a ring-shaped electromagnetic field. This field activates the xenon gas inside the globe, creating what is known as RF plasma. The electromagnetic field, which looks like a doughnut, shapes the plasma into a ring and sustains it by supplying current, allowing the ring to float through its self-generated magnetic field. 

While actual tokamak reactors use three types of coils to maintain a plasma ring, ALOH Plasma achieves this effect with just one coil by leveraging the unique properties of xenon gas and finely-tuned electromagnetic values. This sophisticated setup delivers a stable and impressive plasma display, embodying a perfect fusion of art and innovative technology.

The journey began with my fascination for Iron Man, especially Tony Stark’s arc reactor. I was eager to create a decorative piece inspired by this technology, but only found replicas, not the real essence.

About a year and a half ago, I discovered social media posts from innovators creating arc reactor-like prototypes with plasma technology. Their work inspired me to start my own project. Exploring the principles of Tesla coils and tokamaks, I became committed to crafting a genuine plasma ring.

I began by experimenting with xenon-filled glass spheres to generate plasma rings. After many trials, seeing the plasma ring in person was mesmerizing—like witnessing a living light. The moment the ring floated in mid-air evoked images of superconductors, angel halos, and black holes from Interstellar. Driven by this experience, I aimed to create a stable, long-lasting floating ring.

Videos of the floating plasma ring on Instagram went viral, leading to a surge of purchase inquiries. Encouraged by this response, I decided to develop the concept into a mass-produced item, focusing on safety, durability, and educational value. Extensive testing and design refinements followed.

With the final version complete, I prepared for commercialization by enhancing the design, creating user manuals, and developing promotional strategies with the marketing team. Now, I am thrilled to launch this product on Kickstarter, sharing the Plasma Arc Reactor MK.1 with enthusiasts of science, space, and innovative technology. This project, inspired by Iron Man and supported by enthusiastic followers, aims to open doors to future possibilities.
